Like new – Basically no signs or marks of usage, while not box fresh they might as well be. However there aren't any tags or original packaging.

Lightly used – Shows smaller signs of usage (e.g. creased leather on a sneaker) but no visible stains, tears or similar that are apparent on closer inspection. 

Worn – The item has marks of usage. These items are all in general good condition but you can tell when inspected that they have been used.

Condition

We evaluate all our products and categorise them as following:

• Unused with tags/box – Have not been opened or worn outside of the home, with tags and/or box intact.
