Return policy

The return policy below applies to orders within Europe. If you are based outside of Europe, all sales are final and we do not offer any returns.

We accept returns on all sold products within 14 days of receiving your order. All products must be in the same condition as when bought and, if applicable, returned with original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Please contact us at returns@relik.com to initiate a return. You will receive return instructions together with a return shipping label that can be used. You can also sort out your own shipping to:

You are responsible for the products being returned until they reach our facility. Any shipping charges incurred during the return are your responsibility (unless the item has been confirmed defective or incorrect). There is no compensation for lost packages – we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
