Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the Relik website (www.relik.se). By confirming an order or in other ways using our services, a binding agreement is entered into.

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about Relik’s privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services.

Prices

Prices shown on the website can change at any time and does not include shipping costs. 

All prices being shown include applicable Swedish VAT, which is being applied for customers inside the European Union. If you are based outside of the European Union you are exempt from VAT, which means 20% of the total amount will be deducted when you select your country at the checkout.

We use a flat rate for shipping costs: 80 SEK within Sweden, 200 SEK within the European Union and 400 SEK for the rest of the world. Please note that the shipping costs do not include any import costs.

Order confirmation and processing

When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming it. When your order is dispatched and being processed, you will also receive a tracking number via email that can be used to track the order.

Orders will be processed on regular working days (Monday–Friday) and dispatched from us within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be a little longer during sales, public holidays or other reasons. In the event of any delay, you will be notified by email.

Orders will be delivered to the address supplied by you, or to your local pick-up point. We ship using the Swedish Postal Service or DHL, depending on destination.

We make the reservation that products can be out of stock at the time of receiving the order and/or that the listing of a product can contain incorrect information (e.g. price, images, descriptive text). If this happens we reserve the right to cancel your order and will, if we decide to do so, contact you by email as soon as we can for a refund of your money.

Force majeure

If Relik fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of our control – such as strikes, civil unrest, war, natural catastrophes or the like – we can not be held responsible. If this, contrary to expectation, occurs, we will attempt to notify you.
